This handicap portable toilet is ADA compliant and is very popular for the festivals in Alpena and the surrounding areas of Northeast Michigan. The floor of this portable toilet sits on the ground allowing wheelchairs easy access to restroom facilities. This is the smaller of Hall's Serv-All's free-standing hand-washing stations. How many Portable toilets do I need?
the chart below was created as a guideline to assist you in determining the number of porta-pottys required to provide your guests with reasonable access to restroom facilities. This chart is only a guide and there are many factors which may cause you to need more or less porta-pottys. These include:
• Women tend to use the restroom more frequently and use more toilet paper than men. You may need more porta-pottys if more than 50% of your guest list is women.
• Beverages, specifically alcohol, will raise the number of recommended restrooms.
• More portable toilets results in fewer lines and less time waiting in them
• Not having enough restrooms, hand-washing stations, or cleanings reflects negatively on your event and its reputation
• It is beneficial, for revenue generating events, to have larger amounts of restrooms. History has shown the availability and cleanliness of portable toilets has a significant effect on how long people stay at an event.

Note: These recommendations are on a per cleaning basis.
For example: Let's assume you are expecting 1,500 people per day for an event which lasts 3 days. You expect exactly half of the crowd will be women and you will not be serving beverages. People will stick around for 3-4 hours.
You would want, at a minimum, 8 portable toilets. But this is on a per cleaning basis; this means you would want the portable toilets serviced everyday over the course of your event. You would need more porta-pottys if you did not want them serviced. How many would you need?
You would want between 12-16 portable toilets. You are expecting 1,500 people per day for 3 days. This comes to a total of 4,500 people. The above chart recommends 12-16 portable toilets for 4,500 people with an average stay of 3-4 hours.
